I grew up in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. I earned a bachelor’s degree in history and global studies from Arizona State University, and then earned my JD from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. By the time I finished law school in December 2012, I was ready to come home to New Mexico.

I worked as a prosecutor for the first five years of my career, first in the Second Judicial District in Albuquerque, then in the Thirteenth Judicial District in Sandoval County. During my time as a prosecutor, I learned the ins and outs of the criminal justice system, and I developed a reputation as an excellent trial attorney.

I spent the next four years defending civil cases with a small law firm in Albuquerque. I learned how to handle all types of civil cases from all corners of New Mexico. However, I wanted the freedom of working for myself, and I saw a need for more attorneys in my hometown of Rio Rancho.

I now work as a solo attorney. I represent clients defending against criminal charges, pursuing justice in personal injury cases, or anyone else who needs legal advice or representation in court.
